What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PAYPAL, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX) and BDO Bank Deposit. For more information, please click here.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Asia, Europe and Australia.
What courier do you use to ship your items?
For local orders, we use LBC and for international orders, we use DHL Global.
How long does it take before I receive my item?
Deliveries within Metro Manila take 3-5 business days. For provincial, 5-7 business days and 15-20 business days for international orders. Costs are calculated depending on destination.
Do you ship on weekends and holidays?
We only ship out items on business days.
Do you offer same-day delivery service?
If the item is ready on-hand, we can use Grab Express and delivery fees will be shouldered by the customer once it arrives in your location. Grab Express rates vary depending on time and distance and is available for Metro Manila customers only.
How much do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
Customs duties and taxes are calculated based on the country it is being shipped to. We are not responsible for custom fees incurred on international shipments.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Each item is carefully inspected and packed by the Catastrophe team to ensure that you receive our items in the best quality. Returns and exchanges due to a change of mind or wear and tear are not accepted. However, if you discover a fault or damage in your item(s) within three (3) days, please take a photo and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a notification if the exchange has been approved. If approved, return shipping fees are to be shouldered by the customer.
Do you have a physical store?
No. But you can purchase our notebooks, jumbo paper clips and note pads at the National Book Store branches in Glorietta, Rockwell Powerplant, San Antonio Plaza and Edsa Shangri-La. You can also visit us in Noteworthy Greenbelt 5, Noteworthy Podium and Lanai Manila. For other items, we sometimes have trunk shows.
